The Queen Foundation (TQF) is a registered nonprofit organisation governed by a Board of Directors and guided by a Constitution that prioritises transparency, impact, and sustainability. We exist to support youth-led and small enterprises through:
Legal literacy and compliance education
Enterprise development aligned with B-BBEE and CSI frameworks
Access to markets, funding, and professional networks
Strategic mentorship and coaching

We collaborate with government agencies, private benefactors, and civil society to route resources toward high-impact initiatives. Our governance structure ensures that all decisions are made in the best interest of our mission, with members holding equal voting rights and our Board empowered to manage assets, partnerships, and programme delivery.
The Queen Foundation’s programmes:
1. #LetsDoMore – SHAI’s Facilitated SME Development Programme – this is a programme designed to support start-ups in navigating the complex landscape of entrepreneurship. By providing structured guidance, access to resources and fostering a collaborative environment, the programme aims to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. Programme starts 4 May 2026.
2. #LetsDoMore – SHAI’s Enterprise Development Programme – is designed to nurture and support aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. The programme and to foster economic growth, create employment opportunities, and promote sustainable business practices within local communities. By providing a comprehensive blend of training, mentoring and access to resources, SHAI’s initiative ensures participants are well-equipped to face the challenges of establishing and growing their enterprises.
